Osteopathic Manipulation Therapy is a hands-on method of therapy used by Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine to diagnose and treat illness or injury. Through OMT, Osteopathic providers employ pressure, stretching, and resistance techniques to manipulate muscle or joints.

The general purpose of OMT is to ease pain, increase mobility, and promote healing. OMT can provide great therpeutic benefits.
