Nutrition

PCHC offers a range of nutrition services, including high-quality nutrition counseling and education, modified diets, and
individual diet therapy for those with special nutritional needs. Our on-site Licenced, Registered Dietitian provides
nutritional services to patients with diabetes, patients diagnosed as underweight, overweight and obese, patients
with nutritional deficiencies and food allergies, and patients with cholesterol disorders or vascular disease, among others.

This service is limited to PCHC patients by referral from your Primary Care Provider.
