Board of Directors
Our dedicated community volunteers who serve on the Board of Directors donate hundreds of hours to further the mission of PCHC.
Ann Wiersma, Board ChairBoard Chair, Ann Wiersma, recently retired from Community Health and Counseling Services as Resource Development Manager, prior to that a Communications Director at United Way. Before moving to Maine, Ann had considerable experience working with the elderly in nursing homes, hospice and the area agency for the elderly, as well as leadership roles in a number of community volunteer organizations. She is a former trustee and deacon of All Souls Congregational Church and is currently on the Memorial Committee. She and her husband Bruce, as well as 3 of their 4 children, grand-daughter and mother-in-law are all long-time patients of PCHC - in fact, they were patients of Dr. Vereault before PCHC was formed. She has been a Board member since 2000 and is committed to FQHC's, PCHC in particular, and what they can do for their communities.
