Biography
Prior to joining PCHC, Dr. Lockhart was an Assistant Professor at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, as well as being a Staff Psychiatrist and Director of the Outpatient Psychiatry Department at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore. Most recently, she served as Inpatient Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist at Acadia Hospital, Bangor, Maine.
